Margaret's
Margaret's is a lodge by the lake at Emmotland. It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls. You've got your own enclosed garden with a deck and the hot tub. The lake is right there, it's quiet and you'll see ducks and things.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one's a king-size, the other has twins. The shower room is between them, a Jack-and-Jill setup. There's a TV in the twin room and a Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen has what you'd need, oven, hob, dishwasher. French doors open onto the deck.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. We take two dogs, no charge.
The village of North Frodingham is just outside the gates. Beeford is the next village along, about a mile maybe. They've got a shop, a couple of pubs, fish and chips. For a bigger shop, Driffield is a market town about ten minutes' drive.
The coast is about six miles. Bridlington has the beach and all the seaside stuff. Hornsea's along the coast too. For walking, the Yorkshire Wolds start just inland. There are good routes right from the door.
For a day out, Burton Agnes Hall is about twenty minutes away. York and Beverley are both under an hour.
Facilities: everything's included, bedding, towels, the electricity. There's parking right outside. WiFi. The hot tub is private, just for you.
