Maesybryn

Maesybryn is a detached stone farmhouse just outside Pentregat, in Carmarthenshire. It's in a valley, so you get a view down to the sea from the garden. The house sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.

The place is detached, so no neighbours on the other side of a wall. The garden is enclosed and private, with a patio area. There's a hot tub out there. Inside, there's a woodburning stove in the living room. The kitchen is a decent size with a table. The bedrooms have the original fireplaces and wooden floors. The stairs are typical for an old house.

Facilities include a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking on site. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot, highchair and stairgate. The property allows up to two pets.

Llangrannog is about a ten minute drive. It's a small village with a good sandy beach and a couple of pubs. New Quay is perhaps twenty minutes away, where you can get boat trips for dolphin watching. Aberaeron, with its coloured harbour houses, is about half an hour north.

For walking, you're close to the Ceredigion Coast Path. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park starts not too far west, and the Cambrian Mountains are inland. Useful sites for planning are Visit Wales and National Trust for Wales.
