This is Great Tree House. It’s a bungalow in Llangrannog, Carmarthenshire. Sleeps seven over four bedrooms. Two bathrooms.
It’s a five-star place. We’ve made it accessible, so you’ve got a ground floor wet room, wide doors, and there’s no step to get in. The parking is right there.
The big thing is the view. You are up on the hillside about a mile from the village. The main living room has these big bi-fold doors that open onto a deck. You just look straight out over fields to the sea. It’s very peaceful. There’s another deck off the main bedroom.
The garden is fully fenced. Up to two dogs are welcome.
Llangrannog itself is a small seaside village. It’s got a sandy beach, a couple of pubs that do food, a cafe or two, and a shop. You can walk down if you fancy it, it’s about a mile, or you’d drive. The central car park is handy for the beach.
If you want to go further, New Quay is about fifteen minutes north. Good for boat trips to see dolphins. Cardigan is twenty minutes east, Aberaeron about half an hour south. All nice places for a look around.
Inside, it’s all on one level. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, towels and bedding are included, and there’s Wi-Fi.
