The Apartment
The Apartment is on our farm, Glaneirw, near Tan y groes. It's a first-floor flat in a converted wooden barn. You're on your own up there. It's part of a 50-acre estate, so you've got fields and woods to wander. The lane in is lined with beech trees.
It's for two people, really. There's one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished. The shower is a walk-in. The main room is open plan: kitchen, living area, dining table. There's a wood burner. It's warm and private.
You get a private outside seating area. Parking is right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
Tresaith beach is about two miles away. It's a good sandy beach. For a quieter cove, the National Trust beach at Mwnt is about a ten-minute drive. You sometimes see dolphins from there.
Aberporth and New Quay are along the coast, maybe fifteen minutes by car. Aberaeron is about twenty minutes. It's a nice little harbour town with coloured houses and a few places to eat. Cardigan is ten minutes inland. It has a castle, shops, and a market.
