Dairy Cottage
Dairy Cottage is one of seven stone cottages around a shared courtyard near Penparc in Ceredigion. It's a four-star place, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. There are two bedrooms so it sleeps four, and one bathroom with a shower.
The cottage has its own patio and garden area. There's a shared garden for all the cottages too, with a kids' play area and a games room. You can park on site. We include the bedding and towels. There's a TV, WiFi, and a dishwasher. We can provide a cot if you need one. You can bring one dog.
The location is rural. It's a short drive to get to the coast. The nearest really good beach is Mwnt, which is about two and a half miles away. It's a National Trust beach so it's kept nice. The views from the headland are great.
Cardigan town is about ten minutes by car. You've got the castle there, shops, and places to eat. The River Teifi is good for a walk. You can get boat trips from there or New Quay to see dolphins in Cardigan Bay.
For walking, you're close to a section of the Wales Coast Path. Inland, there are plenty of country lanes and footpaths. If you're into golf, there's a course not far away.
Other places within half an hour include Aberystwyth, which has a promenade and the cliff railway, and the beaches around New Quay. For a longer day out, you could drive into the Cambrian Mountains.
