The Courtyard
The Courtyard is a barn we've restored on our family farm. It's on a 50-acre estate down a private drive, lined with some old beech trees. It's detached and you get the garden to yourselves. The views are over fields.
It sleeps ten people. Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That's the main thing. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and everything's provided. The ceilings are high and there's a mezzanine floor upstairs.
The farm is about two miles from Tresaith beach. Good for swimming and surfing. Mwnt beach, which is National Trust, is a spectacular cove about ten minutes in the car. You can sometimes see dolphins from there.
Aberaeron is a nice little harbour town about twenty minutes away, with painted houses and good places to eat. New Quay is similar, maybe twenty-five minutes. Cardigan has a castle and a market, about fifteen minutes drive.
In terms of what's here, there's a wood burner, a BBQ, and plenty of parking. There's an electric vehicle charger. It's all on one level except for the mezzanine. We include bedding and towels. You can bring one dog.
