This place is called Primrose Cottage. It's part of a small group of stone cottages near Penparc in Ceredigion. There are seven in total, arranged around a central courtyard that's got quite a few flowers. It's very quiet here.
The cottage sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, with everything you need. It's not a modern new build, it's a converted cottage.
Your bit is the cottage itself and its own garden area. The courtyard is shared with the other cottages. There's a play area for kids and a games room on site that everyone can use. There's also a washing machine in a laundry room.
The big thing here is the coast. Mwnt beach is about ten minutes away by car. It's a National Trust spot, really nice. Cardigan is a similar distance the other way. That's where you'll find the shops, places to eat, and Cardigan Castle.
You're right on the edge of the Ceredigion Coast Path for walking. Boat trips for dolphin watching go from nearby places like New Quay. The Cardigan Bay area is good for that.
Inside, you've got a TV and WiFi. There's a dishwasher, and all your bedding and towels are included. A travel cot is there if you need it. Parking is right outside the cottage. No dogs, I'm afraid.
