Humbug House
Humbug House is in Upper Soudley. It's a fairly recent renovation, done last year. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's comfortable.
The living room is open plan. It's a good space for a group. There's underfloor heating downstairs. It works well.
There are three bedrooms. They sleep five. The main one has its own bathroom. There's another bathroom as well.
The garden is enclosed. It's safe for a dog. We take one pet.
Soudley is in the Forest of Dean. You can walk straight into the woods from the door. It's good for cycling. The Forest of Dean site has maps and trail details. Symonds Yat is about a 15 minute drive. Puzzlewood is maybe 20 minutes. Coleford is the nearest proper town for shops.
If you want to go further, Chepstow and its castle are maybe half an hour. Ross-on-Wye is about the same. Gloucester is a bit longer.
As for facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, and a woodburner. Parking is on site. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
There's a pub in the village. It's a short walk.
