The Dairy is out on our farm in Arlingham. It's what it says on the tin, a converted old dairy building.
It sleeps two. One bedroom with the bathroom right next to it. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well kept. Everything's on one level which is handy. There's a woodburner for colder nights.
You're on a working dairy farm, so you'll see the cows. That means farm noises and tractors passing during the day. There's parking right outside.
You can walk to two village pubs. One does food, the other is known for seafood. Both are about a quarter of a mile.
The River Severn runs along the edge of the farm. There's about two miles of riverbank here for walks. It's very flat, so good for an easy stroll. Frampton-on-Severn village is a short drive away. It's got a long village green, a couple of pubs, and a shop.
If you fancy clay pigeon shooting, we can arrange that on weekends. You'd need to book that with us in advance.
For days out, Slimbridge Wetland Centre is about 15 minutes by car. Berkeley Castle is similar. Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Stroud are all within half an hour. The Forest of Dean and the Cotswolds are close for driving and walking.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's bike storage if you need it.
