The Dairy
The Dairy is on our farm in Arlingham. It's one of two barns we converted. You'll see the milking parlour from your door sometimes. It's a working farm, so there are tractors and cows about.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, with a wood burner. The whole place is on the ground floor, so no stairs.
You can bring one dog. There's a field out the back they can run in, but please keep them on a lead around the farmyard because of the livestock.
The local pub is about a ten-minute walk through the woods. They do good food. There's another pub about a mile away that does seafood. You can get to a shop without driving.
The River Severn runs along the edge of the farm land. There's a path there for walks. It's very flat. Good for a picnic if the weather's right.
For days out, Slimbridge Wetland Centre is about twenty minutes by car. Berkeley Castle is close too. The Forest of Dean is just over the river, maybe half an hour. Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Bristol are all within a 30-40 minute drive if you need a bigger town.
There's a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can park right outside.
