Forest Walk

Forest Walk is in Mile End, Gloucestershire. It's a detached house, so you're on your own. It's set back from the lane with fields behind it.

It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One is an en-suite shower room off the main bedroom. The other has a bath with a shower over it. It's a 4 Star, which means it's well looked after and comfortable. The stairs are fine.

The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. There's parking for two cars and a shed for bikes.

Inside, there's a living room with patio doors out to the garden. The kitchen is open plan with a dining table. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge-freezer.

The pub and a restaurant are about a five minute walk away. The shop is a bit further, maybe ten minutes.

You're right on the edge of the Forest of Dean. For walking, you can just step out. The Forest of Dean site has trail maps. Puzzlewood and Symonds Yat are about ten minutes by car. The Dean Heritage Centre is close, and so is the Dean Forest Railway. Tintern Abbey is a 20 minute drive over into Wales.

For a day out, you can be in Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, or Chepstow within half an hour. Gloucester is about 40 minutes away.

Facilities: everything listed is there and included. Bedding, towels, wifi, Smart TV. We allow up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
