The Nook is in Whitecroft, in the Forest of Dean. It's a one bedroom place, but it sleeps four. There's a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. It works for a couple with a couple of kids, or two friends who don't mind one being on the sofa bed.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. There's underfloor heating downstairs and a woodburner in the living room. The garden is enclosed, there's a patio and a barbecue. You can park right outside, and there's an electric vehicle charger.
The village is quiet. There's a local pub a short walk away. For a shop, you'd drive to Bream or Coleford.
You're right in the forest here. You can walk straight out the door onto paths. For cycling, the Forest of Dean has all the trail maps. Puzzlewood is about ten minutes away by car, and Tintern Abbey is maybe twenty minutes. The Wye Valley is good for walking and canoeing.
Inside, you've got one bathroom with a shower. There's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
