Beech Tree

This is Beech Tree, in Brocklebank, Cumbria. It's a detached holiday home on a quiet park called Wallace Lane Farm. Sleeps four, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and in good condition.

You've got a deck with outdoor seating and a private hot tub. It faces the fields, so it's quiet. Inside it's open plan. There's a kitchen area, a sofa, and a TV. The main bedroom has a double bed and its own toilet. The second bedroom has two singles. There's also a proper shower room.

The park itself is small and well-kept. It's peaceful. You're free to walk around the 23 acres of land. There's a shop on site for basics.

Location wise, you're north of the main Lake District National Park. It's good if you want to explore the quieter northern fells or the coast. The village of Caldbeck is close by and has a couple of pubs. Keswick is about a 35-minute drive if you want the busier town with shops and boat trips on Derwentwater. The Solway coast and Hadrian's Wall aren't far either.

In terms of what's there: all bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, parking right outside, and an electric vehicle charger. You can have up to three dogs.
