Beech Tree

Beech Tree is on Wallace Lane Farm, near the village of Brocklebank. It's a detached holiday home on a small, quiet park. The location's good if you want to be north of the main Lake District bustle.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite toilet, and one twin. There's also a separate family shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating.

The living area is open plan. There's a kitchen end, a dining table, and sofas facing a TV. Everything's fairly new. Outside there's decking with seating and a private hot tub.

You can bring up to three pets. There's on-site parking, and an electric vehicle charger if you need it. Bikes can be stored. We include bedding and towels. A cot and highchair are available.

The park itself is peaceful, about 23 acres. You can walk around it. The views from there are over fields to the coast and the Scottish hills in the distance.

For local things, Caldbeck village has a pub and a tea room. There's a shop on the farm site. The northern fells around here are quieter for walking. The coast at Allonby is about 15 miles. Keswick is roughly 35 minutes by car. Carlisle and Hadrian's Wall are within a 30 minute drive.
