Farmhouse Cottage
Farmhouse Cottage is up near Caldbeck in Cumbria. It's part of an old farmhouse. We've split it into a few cottages, so yours is semi-detached. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main room is open plan, with a wood burner. There's a TV and WiFi. Outside, there's a private, enclosed garden with a hot tub and a barbecue. You get views out over our land, about 23 acres you're welcome to walk in. You can see the sea and over to Scotland from some spots.
It's on the northern edge of the Lake District National Park. The northern fells are good for walking if you want it quieter. Caldbeck village is a short drive away, it's got a pub, a shop, and a tea room. The coast is about seventeen miles. Carlisle and Hadrian's Wall are within easy reach for a day out.
Facility wise: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, parking right outside, and an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to three dogs.
