The kitchen diner is a real wow space. Built-in bench seating and a 10ft solid oak dining table, hand built in the property, combined with modern dining chairs to seat thirteen guests. Appliances include - modern gas hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine and microwave. The kitchen is well kitted out for meal preparation. Doors lead out on to decked area with garden. To the front of the property, the driveway provides parking for 3 cars. Albert Road leads directly to the sea front and Coast is less than 100 yards from the sea.
