Crabtrees

Crabtrees is my bungalow in Ringstead. It's detached, so no neighbours attached to your walls. It's on a quiet road that doesn't go anywhere, so you don't get much traffic.

It sleeps six. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The garden is enclosed if you have kids or a dog, though we don't take pets.

You look out over open fields at the back. The Peddar's Way path runs past, which is good for walks or cycling straight from the door.

The village shop and a pub are about a five minute walk away. The pub does food.

The coast is about three miles. Holme-next-the-Sea is good for birdwatching and has a nature reserve. The sandy beach at Hunstanton is about four miles, which is the classic seaside town with amusements. For a more rugged coastline, the North Norfolk Coast Path is easy to get to.

If you want to explore, the RSPB reserve at Titchwell is about a 20 minute drive. The Sandringham Estate is about 25 minutes away.

For facilities: there's parking for a couple of cars, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. We include the bedding and towels. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.

A couple of useful links for planning: National Trust North Norfolk Coast and the official page for the Peddar's Way.
