Park Cottage
Park Cottage is part of Sedgeford Hall, which is our family farm. It's a detached house on the estate, so it's quiet. You look out over fields.
It sleeps twelve people. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, which makes it easier with a big group. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, but it's not overly fussy. The main thing is the space.
The house is all on one level, which is good if stairs are a problem. There's a wet room. The doors are wide and there's parking right outside.
You have your own enclosed garden. You're also welcome to walk around the estate grounds. There are paths through the woods and around the lakes.
There's a heated indoor swimming pool in the main hall building that guests can use. You need to book slots for it.
The estate is about five miles from the coast. Hunstanton is the closest beach town. It's got a long sandy beach, amusements, and a Sea Life Centre. Heacham is closer and has the Norfolk Lavender farm.
Inland, you've got places like Burnham Market for shops and cafes. Sandringham House is about a twenty minute drive. The Peddars Way long-distance path is nearby for walking.
There's a pub that does food about half a mile away in the village. The nearest proper shop is in Docking, about four miles.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot and a highchair.
