Park Cottage
Park Cottage is on the Sedgeford Hall estate, near Heacham in Norfolk. It sleeps twelve, which makes it good for a big family or a few friends sharing.

The big draw here is the estate itself. You're in the middle of a large farm. You can walk around the grounds, through the parkland and past the lakes, without getting in the car. There's also a heated indoor swimming pool on the estate that you can use. The garden at the cottage is enclosed, which is useful if you've got dogs or children.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings, and a BBQ outside. Everything like bedding, towels, WiFi and parking is included. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The local pub is about half a mile away and does food. The nearest proper shop is in Heacham, about three miles.
For the beach, Old Hunstanton is about five miles. It's a sandy beach with cliffs. Heacham beach is closer, about three miles. Further along the coast, you've got Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, which are about a half hour drive and are very nice. Burnham Market, which is a smart village with shops, is about twenty minutes away.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust for North Norfolk has good information on the coast and places like Blickling Hall. The North Norfolk Coast National Landscape site is useful for walking routes.
