The Pump House
The Pump House is in Old Hunstanton. It's part of our house, but it's a separate annex, all yours. It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means the fixtures and fittings are high quality.
It's less than a mile from the beach. The beach is sandy. Old Hunstanton beach is quieter than the main Hunstanton front.
There's a shop and a pub about 500 yards away. The local golf course is just up the road if that's your thing.
It's quiet here. You get a view over the fields from the big windows. There's a patio with outside space and parking right there.
We've got a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage. We don't allow pets.
For days out, Wells-next-the-Sea is about twenty minutes by car. It's got that row of beach huts, and you can get the little train down to the sand. Holkham Hall and beach are also nearby. Kings Lynn is a half hour drive one way, Norwich about fifty minutes the other.
If you like walking, the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path are right here. You can walk to the beach from the cottage. The National Trust Norfolk Coast page is good for planning.
