The West Wing
The West Wing is part of Sedgeford Hall, on our family farm. It's the left-hand side of the main house. You get your own front door and the place to yourselves.
It sleeps fifteen in seven bedrooms. There are six bathrooms, which helps with a big group. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. The furniture is a mix of old and new. The windows are big and let in a lot of light.
There's a heated indoor swimming pool in the main hall building which you have booked times to use. The gardens are enclosed, so they're safe for kids and dogs. You're welcome to walk around the estate. There are lakes and woods. Just shut any gates you open.
The kitchen is big enough for a few people to cook together. There's an Aga, plus a regular oven. The dishwasher is a normal one, so you'll need to run it a few times with a full house. We leave the basics like tea, coffee, and milk for you.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is fully fenced. Please keep them off the furniture and downstairs.
The local pub, The King William, is about half a mile down the lane. They do good food. The nearest proper shop is in Heacham, about three miles away. There's a bigger Co-op in Hunstanton.
The coast is about four miles north. Old Hunstanton has a great sandy beach. Brancaster and Holkham are a short drive along the coast road, maybe twenty minutes. The National Trust looks after a lot of the beaches and heathland here. Burnham Market is about six miles away, it's got nice shops and cafes.

Facilities: all bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and highchair. Plenty of parking right outside.
