The Annexe At Park Farm Barns

The Annexe is part of Park Farm Barns, near Snettisham. It’s a small place, detached. Built as a barn conversion. It’s quiet here, just fields and the deer park next door.

It sleeps two, one bedroom. Everything’s on the ground floor. The bathroom is an en-suite shower. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and well-presented.

You have your own patio and garden area. There’s a hot tub out there. Parking is right outside. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but I’d ask you keep it off the furniture.

Inside, it’s straightforward: a kingsize bed, a sitting area with a TV, a small kitchen with a dishwasher. The WiFi works fine. All the bedding and towels are included. There’s a washing machine in a shared utility room just outside your door.

The village centre, with a shop and a pub, is about a ten-minute drive. The beach is a bit further, maybe five minutes by car. It’s a huge stretch of sand and shingle. The RSPB reserve is right there at the south end. It’s worth a look, even if you’re not a serious birdwatcher.

Snettisham Park Farm is down the road, a proper working farm. They do tractor rides and you can see deer. It’s good for kids, if you have any visiting. Hunstanton is about fifteen minutes away for the usual seaside things.

If you want to explore further, Sandringham is very close. The National Trust page has opening times. Holkham Hall and the beach there is about half an hour’s drive. The Peddars Way footpath runs nearby if you like walking.

Facilities wise, it’s all there: the hot tub, the bike storage if you need it, parking. It’s got everything on your list. If you have more people, you can book the bigger barn next door as well.
