Ivy Cottage is in Ingoldisthorpe, near Sandringham. It's a detached place, built from that local brown carstone. It's on the edge of the hall estate, so you look out over parkland. It's quiet.
It sleeps six, has three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well kept and comfortable. Everything works.
The garden is enclosed, so it's fine for a dog or kids. There's parking right there.
You're well placed for the coast. Heacham and Hunstanton beaches are the closest, about ten to fifteen minutes by car. I prefer Brancaster or Holkham, but they're a bit further, maybe twenty-five minutes. All good sandy beaches.
The bird reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham are very close. If you walk, the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path are right there. You can get to both from the door, really.
Sandringham House is about four miles away. The pub in the village is a mile and a half up the road. They do food.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: WiFi, a TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
For planning, the National Trust North Norfolk site is useful, and so is the RSPB Norfolk page for the reserves.
