Sands Cottage
Sands Cottage is in Shepherd's Port on the Norfolk coast. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on the ground floor. The garden is fully enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs. You get the place to yourselves.
It sleeps two. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one bathroom with a good shower. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished. There's things like a fancy coffee machine, a wood burner, and speakers in the ceiling. The kitchen is open plan with an island.
You're about half a mile from the beach here. It's a good spot for dog walks. The RSPB Snettisham reserve is close by if you like birdwatching.
Heacham and its sand dunes are a short drive. Hunstanton is a bit further, that's the proper seaside town with a Sea Life Centre. You can sometimes get boat trips to see the seals from there.
For a day out, you've got the Sandringham Estate about twenty minutes away. King's Lynn is worth a look for the old Hanseatic quarter. The Holkham and Houghton estates are also within half an hour if you like big houses and parks.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
