Wisteria Cottage
This is Wisteria Cottage in Heacham. It's a cottage in name, but it's bigger inside than you'd think from the front. Sleeps eight, four bedrooms, two bathrooms.
It's a five star place. That means it's recently been done up. It's got beams, but also big windows so it's light. There's an open fire in the living room. The kitchen has a range cooker.
You can park two cars on the drive. There's a garden out the back with a patio and a barbecue. Pets are welcome, up to two.
Heacham is a seaside village. The beach is sandy and a few minutes' walk away. The village shop and a couple of pubs are about the same distance. They're decent.
Hunstanton is ten minutes west by car. It's a classic seaside town with amusements and a sealife centre. You can get boat trips to see the seals from there in season.
To the east, Wells-next-the-Sea is about half an hour's drive. The harbour there is good for a walk and an ice cream. The Holkham estate is nearby if you want a big beach walk or a look around the hall.
Sandringham House is roughly twenty minutes away. It's worth a visit if the house or gardens are open. For birdwatching, RSPB Snettisham is close by.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. They provide a highchair if you need one.
