Ringstead Cottage
Ringstead Cottage is in... well, Ringstead, Norfolk. It's just back from the road, one of a few cottages there. You get your own enclosed garden with a bit of lawn. There's a playhouse out there, bit of a bonus if you've got kids.
It sleeps five, three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's nicely looked after. Nothing flash, but comfortable. The garden is fully fenced, which is handy.
The village shop is about ten yards away, honestly. It's that close. The pub is a hundred yards or so. It does food. The beach at Holme-next-the-Sea is a few minutes' drive. It's a good sandy beach.
Hunstanton and Heacham are close if you want the classic seaside stuff. The Sandringham Estate is nearby for a walk around the grounds. If you like birds, the RSPB reserve at Snettisham isn't far either.
You can walk straight from the door. The lanes are quiet for cycling. The cottage has pretty much what you'd need: dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
