Crinkum
This is Crinkum, in Titchwell. It’s a detached house, newly done up, so everything's fresh and works. We get five stars, which means it's comfortable and finished to a good standard. It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps when everyone's trying to get ready.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've got dogs. Speaking of which, you can bring two. The back garden is south-facing, so if the sun's out, you'll get it.
You’re about a twenty minute walk from Brancaster beach. It's mostly off-road, which is nice. The Norfolk Coastal Path is very close, maybe a quarter of a mile away. The RSPB at Titchwell is literally on the doorstep if you like birdwatching.
The local pub and restaurant is about 400 yards away. It’s good. For shops, you’d drive to Brancaster Staithe or Thornham, both a couple of miles.
Inside, it’s got a wood burner for colder nights. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the bedding and towels are included. We’ve put in things like a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. There’s parking on the drive.
If you want to drive out, you’re between Hunstanton and Burnham Market. Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are within half an hour. For a wider view of the area, North Norfolk Coast has good information.
