Hollyhocks Cottage is in Docking, Norfolk. It's a terraced cottage on a quiet lane. The lane has a duck pond at one end.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and has everything you need, but it's not a show home. It's been updated but still feels like a cottage. The garden is out the back, a southwest-facing courtyard. It's a nice spot to sit.
The village shop and a pub are about half a mile away. There's also a tennis court and a fishing lake you can walk to.
The coast is about four miles away. You've got Brancaster and Thornham beaches. There's also the RSPB reserve at Titchwell if you like birdwatching. The North Norfolk coast path is there for walks. Burnham Market is five miles. Wells-next-the-Sea and Hunstanton are under ten miles.
For days out, Sandringham is nearby. So is Holkham Hall. Fakenham is ten miles away. Norwich and the Broads are about an hour's drive.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. All the bedding and towels are included.
