The Barn is in Stanhoe village. It's detached, so you won't have neighbours on the other side of a wall. It's on the edge of the village, so it's quiet and you get an open garden with a patio.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, which means it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious. There's a woodburning stove for chilly evenings. The wifi works, but it's the countryside, so it's not super fast.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right there.
The local pub is about five minutes' walk. They do food. For a shop, you'll need to drive to Burnham Market or Dersingham, which are about ten minutes away.
The north Norfolk coast is about a ten minute drive. The beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells are very good. Wide and sandy. Hunstanton is a bit further, maybe twenty minutes, if you want a proper seaside town with stuff going on.
If you like walking, the coastal path is easy to get to. For birdwatching, the RSPB reserve at Titchwell is close, and there's Scolt Head Island and Blakeney. There are golf courses at Brancaster and Hunstanton.
For a day out, you've got Holkham Hall and its parkland, or Blickling Hall. Houghton Hall is nearby too. All are within half an hour.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a cot if you need it, and bedding is provided.
