Dale View
This is Dale View, in Brancaster Staithe. It's one of a pair of cottages next to each other, but you've got your own place. It looks right out over the marsh and the sea. The main view is towards Scolt Head Island.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, so that helps. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's been done up nicely but it's still a cottage. The stairs are the original cottage stairs. They're steep and a bit narrow. Just so you know.
Out the back there's a long garden that you share with the other cottage, Vista. It goes right down to the salt marsh. You get a lot of birds out there. If you like that sort of thing, you can just watch from the window.
The living room is cosy, and there's a conservatory on the back. You sit in there and look at the view. It's good when the weather's a bit iffy.
You're right in the village here. The shop is about a five minute walk. There's a pub about the same distance, and a fish shop. The harbour and the sailing club are just down the road.
The beach at Brancaster is a few miles away. It's a proper sandy beach. For golf, the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club is in Brancaster, less than ten minutes by car. Burnham Market is about three miles. It's got nice shops and places to eat. The RSPB place at Titchwell is very close for birdwatching. Hunstanton is along the coast if you want amusements and that.
For facilities, you've got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV, all the bedding. There's parking on site. You can bring up to two dogs. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
