Dale View
This is Dale View in Brancaster Staithe. It's a cottage with another one next door, Vista Cottage. They share the garden but it's a long one that runs right down to the salt marshes. You get good views out from the house over the marshes and the sea towards Scolt Head Island.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The stairs are the original cottage stairs, so they're steep and a bit narrow. Just so you know.
Inside, there's a cosy living room and a conservatory where you can sit and look at the view. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for you on site. You can bring up to two dogs.
The village shop is about 400 yards away. There's a pub and a fish shop about 500 yards down the road. The harbour and the sailing club are in the village. The beach at Brancaster is a couple of miles. For a walk, you can just step straight out onto the coastal path from here.
Burnham Market is about three miles away. It has shops and places to eat. The RSPB nature reserve at Titchwell is close by if you like birdwatching. Hunstanton is about eight miles if you want a traditional seaside town with things like a funfair. The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club is in Brancaster, less than two miles from the cottage.
