The Hayloft
The Hayloft is in Hunstanton town centre, basically across the road from the church and the green. It used to be part of the old stables for the mail delivery, I think. We converted it a few years back.
It's for two people. One bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen downstairs. The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable and clean. The stairs are there, you go up to the bedroom. They're not a ladder, but it is a conversion so they're fairly standard stairs.
There's a small courtyard garden at the back and a private balcony upstairs. You get a view of the church tower from there and you can see the sea over the rooftops.
The beach is about five minutes' walk. There's a shop and a few pubs even closer, all under two minutes. You really don't need the car once you're here unless you want to explore further out. There's one parking space for you.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, TV, wifi, all included. Bedding and towels are there. You can bring one dog.
If you want to drive out, the coast road west towards Brancaster and Holkham is good. Holkham Hall is about half an hour. The RSPB place at Snettisham is closer, maybe fifteen minutes. For local walks, the Norfolk Coast website has maps.
