Florence Cottage is in Heacham, Norfolk. It's a three-bedroom cottage that sleeps six. It's got a 5 Star rating, which basically means it's well kept and finished to a good standard.
The layout is straightforward. Downstairs is open plan, with the kitchen and dining area together. There's a wood burner in the living room, which is good for chilly evenings. There's also a wet room on the ground floor, which is useful. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one twin, and a family bathroom.
The garden is an enclosed courtyard. It's got seating and there's an outdoor hose, which is handy for washing off dogs or muddy boots. We accept up to two dogs.
You're a few minutes' walk from things in the village. There's a bakery, a chip shop, a small supermarket, and a couple of pubs. The beach is about half a mile away. There are two beaches here, North and South Beach.
For local days out, Norfolk Lavender is in Heacham. Hunstanton is three miles up the coast. It's a traditional seaside town with a Sea Life Centre, amusements, and shops.
Sandringham House is about six miles away. It's the Royal Family's country house. You can visit the house, gardens, and museum. Snettisham RSPB reserve is three miles away, good for birdwatching. The Norfolk Coastal Path runs right along the coast here if you like walking.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi, and bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
