Holly House is on the edge of Heacham village. It's a detached house. You're about two miles from the beach.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It's a modern build, so the rooms are a good size and the stairs aren't steep.
The kitchen is long, runs front to back. There's a separate den with a TV. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog. You can bring one dog. There's a utility room with a dog wash.
Heacham has a beach. It's sandy and long. The village has shops, a few takeaways, and a couple of pubs. The local pub is about a five minute walk.
Hunstanton is ten minutes by car. It's a traditional seaside town with amusements, a sealife centre, and boat trips. Sandringham is a fifteen minute drive. You can walk around the grounds when the house isn't in use.
For birdwatching, the RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell are very close. The North Norfolk coastal path runs past them. Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are about half an hour's drive east along the coast.
Facilities: parking for two cars on the drive. Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, wood burner. Bedding and towels are included.
