You've got one bathroom with a shower. The full rating is 4 Star. It's clean and well-kept. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there's a washing machine if you need it. There's a small enclosed garden out the back with a patio and a BBQ.

Broadstairs town centre and Viking Bay beach are a five minute walk away. The high street has your usual shops, cafes, and a few pubs. The local Sainsbury's is about a ten minute walk for a bigger shop.

There's a fair bit to do nearby. The Visit Thanet site has good local info. For wider Kent history, English Heritage lists local sites like nearby Richborough Roman Fort. The coastal path goes right through for walking. You can be in Ramsgate or Margate in under fifteen minutes by car.

We allow one well-behaved dog. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
