Ron's House
Ron's House is in Broadstairs, right by Stone Bay. It's not on the main seafront, it's on the quieter end. You look out over the beach.
It sleeps up to ten people. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms, so it's good for a big group or a family. It's got a 4 Star rating. The kitchen was redone a couple of years ago and works well.
The beach is sandy and has rock pools. There's a promenade for a walk. The house is up from the beach, so there are steps down. You get a good view from the front.
There's a games room in the garage. The garden is enclosed. There's parking on the drive for a couple of cars.
You can walk into town in about ten minutes. There are shops, pubs, and restaurants there. In August, the Folk Week festival is on, so it's busier then.
You're on the coast path, so you can walk to other bays like Viking Bay. For cycling, you can join the Thanet Coastal Trail. For days out, you can get to Margate or Ramsgate in about fifteen minutes by car. Canterbury is about half an hour away, and the Richborough Roman Fort is about twenty minutes.
Facilities: it's got wifi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a woodburning stove. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed. There's a highchair if you need it.
