Ron's House

Ron's House is in Broadstairs. It's a terraced house right on Stone Bay. You can see the sea from a couple of the windows.

It sleeps ten. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The kitchen was redone a couple of years ago and it works well.

The beach is just over the road. It's a sandy beach with rock pools, good for families. There's a promenade for a walk if you don't want sand in your shoes.

The town centre is about a five minute walk. There are shops, pubs and restaurants there. Broadstairs has a few beaches, all quite close. The Folk Week festival is in August, so it gets very busy then.

If you want to go further out, you can walk or cycle the Viking Coastal Trail. It goes round the coast. Viking Coastal Trail has the maps.

For a day trip, Ramsgate harbour is ten minutes by car. Margate is about twenty minutes, and has the Turner Contemporary gallery. Canterbury is half an hour inland.

The house has parking for one car on the drive. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. The garden is enclosed. We allow one dog. Bedding and towels are included.
