Walpole House
This is Walpole House in Margate. It sleeps nineteen in eight bedrooms, which makes it good for big groups. There's a main house and an annexe in the garden, so you have two kitchens and two living spaces. People seem to like that.
It's a four-star place, which means it's well done. The decor is quite bold, lots of patterned wallpaper. There are three bathrooms.
The location is the main thing. You're in Cliftonville, about 300 yards from the beach and the Walpole Bay tidal pool. It's flat access, no steps. Margate town centre is about a fifteen minute walk. You get free on-street parking outside.
The garden is enclosed, with a patio and a barbecue. There's a decent lawn.
Facilities are what you'd need: WiFi, TVs, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
For things to do, Margate has the Turner Contemporary gallery, Dreamland, and all the cafes and shops. If you drive, you can get to Ramsgate or Broadstairs in about ten minutes. The English Heritage and National Trust sites along the Kent coast, like Walmer Castle, are within half an hour.
That's about it. It's a big house, close to the sea.
