Sam's Snug
Sam's Snug is in a house on a residential street in Thanet, near Margate. It's an annexe attached to the side of my place, so it's self-contained but I'm next door if you need anything.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating because it's all been recently done up. The shower is new and has a few different settings. Everything is on one level.
There's a private patio garden out the back. Out the front, there's a shared bit of garden with a bench that looks across the road to some trees.
The beach is about a ten minute walk. Margate seafront, with the Turner Contemporary and the old town, is about a mile. If you want other coasts, Ramsgate and Broadstairs are a short drive. Whitstable is about twenty minutes by car.
Canterbury is roughly half an hour away for the cathedral and shopping. Dover, for the castle and ferries, is also about thirty minutes.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
