The Cottage is in Saint Peters, which is just outside the main part of Broadstairs. It's a semi-detached place, two storeys. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after.
Inside, it's done in a traditional way with beams and a wood burner in the living room. There's a separate dining room. The stairs are a standard cottage spiral, so they're a bit narrow and steep. Just so you know.
Outside, there's a private courtyard with seating and a parking space right there on the property.
The location is good. The seafront at Viking Bay is about a half mile walk. There's a pub about 100 yards up the road, and a shop and restaurant are about the same distance as the beach.
If you're driving, you’ve got a few options. Deal and its castle are about ten minutes away. Dover Castle is maybe twenty minutes. Canterbury is half an hour for the cathedral and the city. The ferry port is at Dover if you fancied a day trip to France.
For facilities, it's got the things you'd expect: WiFi, TV, a dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
