Dorset Villas are two big Victorian townhouses in Broadstairs. This one is yours. It's three floors tall and painted a pale blue. You can park a car off the street, which is handy here. The sand is about a hundred yards away.
The house sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. We've got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and we've tried to think of everything, from a washing machine to a cot if you need one.
Inside, the place is laid out like a lot of these old villas. The kitchen and a big dining room are on the ground floor. There's a shower room there too, which is good for washing sand off. Stairs to the first floor for the living room and one bedroom. The other three bedrooms are up another flight on the top floor.
The stairs are fairly typical for this kind of house. They're not a ladder, but they're steep-ish and turn a corner. Please bear that in mind if you've got older people or very small children.
Everything for the beach is in the garage: chairs, spades, bodyboards. It's got a washing machine and tumble dryer too. The private courtyard garden gets the sun.
You're right in the middle of things. Shops, places to eat, the cinema, it's all a short walk. The beach at Viking Bay is the main one, with sand and lifeguards in summer.
For a day out, you can drive to Whitstable, Canterbury, or Deal. Ramsgate harbour is about ten minutes away.
