This is Botany Bay Bungalow. It's in Broadstairs, Kent. It's a detached bungalow on a quiet street just off the main ridge.
It sleeps five people. Two bedrooms and one shower room, all on the same level, so no stairs at all. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs. You can bring up to two. There's parking on the driveway.
The walk down to Botany Bay beach takes about five minutes. It's a good, sandy beach. You can also walk along the cliff path, the Viking Coastal Trail, into Broadstairs one way or Margate the other. That's a longer walk, maybe 45 minutes to an hour. By car, it's about ten minutes to either.
Broadstairs has the classic seaside feel, shops and cafes. Margate is more for art and that sort of thing, with the Turner Contemporary gallery. If you want to go further, Canterbury is about half an hour by car. Dover is maybe 35 minutes.
Inside, it's all on one floor. The kitchen looks out over the garden. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included.
