Botany Bay Bungalow
Botany Bay Bungalow is in the Kingsgate part of Broadstairs. It's a detached bungalow, so everything is on one level. Good if you don't want stairs.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, one shower room. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well kept.
The garden is enclosed. There's private parking on the drive. You can see the garden from the kitchen diner. The living room is a good size.
It's on a quiet, leafy road. You can walk down to Botany Bay beach in about five minutes. It's a sandy beach, good for swimming. There are a couple of restaurants nearby.
Broadstairs itself is about a mile along the coast. You can walk it on the Viking Coastal Trail in under an hour, or drive it in ten minutes. It's a classic seaside town with a proper pier and cafes. Margate is the other way, a bit further. That's more for art and the Turner Contemporary gallery.
If you want to go further, Canterbury is about half an hour's drive. Dover is about forty minutes. The White Cliffs are worth seeing. You can also get to France from there if you're planning a day trip.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, washing machine, towels and bedding are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a walk-in shower.
