Belmont House

Belmont House is in Broadstairs. It's a big Victorian place, sleeps ten. It's got five bedrooms and three bathrooms over three floors. Two bathrooms are en-suite. It's a five star property, so it's well kitted out.

The location is the main thing. You're a couple of minutes' walk from Viking Bay and the town centre. You can see the sea from some of the windows. The shops, pubs, and restaurants are all right there if you want them.

The house has a decent enclosed garden at the back with a patio and a barbecue. Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring one well-behaved dog.

Broadstairs itself is good for families. The main beach is sandy and sheltered. There's the usual seaside stuff: crabbing, ice cream, fish and chips. Dreamland in Margate is about twenty minutes away by car.

If you want to explore further, Ramsgate and Sandwich are fifteen minutes drive. Canterbury is about half an hour. There's good walking on the coast path. The National Trust has a few properties nearby, like Emmetts Garden.

That's about it. It's a big, comfortable house right by the sea.
