Coalburn Cottage
Coalburn Cottage is one of our farm cottages in Eglingham. It's at the end of the track, so it's quiet. You look out over our fields.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. We finished doing it up last year. It's open plan downstairs with a high ceiling. There's a wood burner for cooler nights.
The terrace gets the sun in the afternoon. You can sit out there. You might see deer or hares in the field.
You're right on a public bridleway. You can walk from the door. The village pub is about a ten minute walk. It's friendly.
Alnwick is about seven miles away. That's where the castle is. The coast, like Bamburgh or Alnmouth, is about twenty minutes in the car.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
