Bryn Y Felin is about two miles north of Harlech. It's detached. You're at the end of a farm track, so it’s quiet. The garden is yours to use, with a table and chairs.
The house sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It’s got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and modern. The stairs are okay, standard for a house.
Downstairs there's a separate games room with a pool table. That's useful if the weather turns. Outside, there's a covered area for bikes and an electric car charger you can use. There's also an outside toilet with a washing line.
The shop, a pub, and a restaurant are about a mile and a half away in Llandanwg. For a bigger shop or more places to eat, Harlech is two miles south.
Harlech beach is two miles away. It's a big sandy beach with dunes. Harlech Castle is in the town itself and is worth a look.
Barmouth is about a twenty-minute drive. It's a proper seaside town with a promenade and fish and chips. You can walk across the old wooden railway bridge there, which is part of the Wales Coast Path.
Inland, you're on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. The Nantcol waterfalls are a ten-minute drive away, good for a walk and a paddle. For mountains, the main Snowdonia spots like Beddgelert are within half an hour.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking for three cars. One well-behaved dog is allowed. There's a highchair if you need it.
