A stunning, historic and Grade II listed farmhouse, Rock Farm has been beautifully decorated to a wonderful standard, located in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Beer in Devon. Ideal for a unique family getaway to Devon’s Jurassic Coast, the holiday home boasts a beautiful enclosed garden, six bedrooms and spacious living areas, with carefully preserved original features throughout. Enter the property, stepping onto the original slate floor echoing over 200 years of history, before finding the more recently fitted kitchen to the right, complete with granite worktops, a double Belfast sink, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a Mercury duel fuel range, alongside an original feature bread oven. Discover a utility room across the hall, hosting a washing machine and an additional fridge and freezer and the original slush gully from when it was a working farm over 150 years ago.
Relax at the end of a fun-filled day in the living room which has a woodburning stove and a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime which can entertain as you unwind on the comfortable seating.
