The Barn
The Barn is on our farm, just outside Girthon. It's a few miles inland. We converted it in 2018 from the old steading, so it's stone-built.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and has what you need. We allow one dog.
Because it's a farm, you'll see us and the animals going about. There are fields all around. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for kids or a dog. There's parking right outside.
For a shop or a pub, you'd drive to Gatehouse of Fleet. It's about five minutes away. They've got a few places to eat. The coast at Sandgreen is about ten minutes by car.
If you like walking, you can go straight from the door into the woods. For cycling, the 7Stanes routes are nearby. There's bike storage here if you bring your own.
The place has WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV. We've got a play area for children on the farm.
