Horsepark Cottage is in Carrick Shore, near Gatehouse of Fleet. It's a detached cottage, so there's nobody attached. The garden is enclosed.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped. The living room has a wood burner. The conservatory looks out onto the garden, it's a nice spot.
You're about a mile from both Carrick and Sandgreen beaches. You can walk. The coastal path is right there for longer walks.
Gatehouse of Fleet is about three miles away. It has shops, cafes, and a few pubs. There's Cardoness Castle as well. Kirkcudbright is a short drive, maybe fifteen minutes. It's a nice harbour town.
Being here, you're on the edge of the Galloway Forest Park, so there's a lot of forest walking and cycling. The Seven Stanes mountain bike trails are close by. For sailing or boat trips, you'd head to the harbours.
The facilities are what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site.
