Sinclair's is in Gatehouse of Fleet, a small town in Galloway. It's a terraced house right on the main street. You can park one car at the back.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs en-suite is off the main bedroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well kept and comfortable. The stairs are typical for an old house, so they turn a corner and are a bit steep.
You get two sitting rooms downstairs. One has a wood burner. The back doors from the kitchen open onto the garden, which is handy.
The town has what you need. There are a couple of pubs that do food, a coffee shop, and a small supermarket. Cardoness Castle is just outside town, up on the hill. The view from the top is good. For a beach, Mossyard is about a ten minute drive. It's sandy and usually quiet.
If you're here to walk or cycle, it's a good spot. The Galloway Forest Park is close. For mountain biking, the Kirroughtree trails are about fifteen minutes away by car. Kirkcudbright is twenty minutes drive. It's got a nice harbour and is known for its art galleries.
House stuff: it has a washing machine, WiFi, and the bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
