Garthfain is in Dolwyddelan. It's a two-bedroom cottage, sleeps four. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The cottage is right in the village. There's a stream that runs past the bottom of the garden. You can hear it when it's quiet.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a multi-fuel stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Everything you'd need is included: bedding, towels, WiFi. Parking is on site.
You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed.
The stairs are fairly steep, just so you know.
There's a village shop and a pub about ten minutes' walk away. The pub does food.
You're in Snowdonia here. For walking, you can start right from the door. A short drive takes you to Betws-y-Coed, about ten minutes. They've got shops, cafes, and it's a good start for walks.
Within half an hour you can get to Conwy for the castle and the harbour. The slate caverns and Zip World at Blaenau Ffestiniog are also about half an hour away for something different.
