This is Mountain View, in Blaenau Ffestiniog. It's an end-of-terrace house on the main street. You get a small enclosed garden out the back, just a patio with a table and chairs.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's all on one level except for the stairs to the bedrooms. The entrance and main living area are wheelchair accessible.
You're right in the town. There's a shop, a couple of pubs that do food, and a few takeaway places about ten seconds walk away. It's handy.
The place is really for the outdoors. You walk straight out the door and you're in the mountains. For a proper walk, the Rhinogs are about a 20 minute drive. Snowdonia National Park has all the information on routes. The Ffestiniog Railway station is a short walk if you fancy a trip down to Porthmadog.
For days out, Llechwedd Slate Caverns is just up the road. Zip World Titan is about a 15 minute drive. The coast at Harlech, with its beach and castle, is roughly half an hour. Harlech Castle is worth a look.
In terms of what's here: there's parking for one car on the drive. WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a BBQ in the garden.
