The Reivers Retreat
The Reivers Retreat is a ground floor flat in Haltwhistle. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's got everything you need and it's comfortable.
The building used to be a draper's shop. The flat itself is all on one level, open plan. There's a double bed in an alcove off the main room. The shower room is modern.
You can bring one dog. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Wi-Fi and a TV are there, and there's an old Nintendo Wii if you fancy it.
You're right in the middle of Haltwhistle. Shops, cafes, and a few pubs are steps away. It's a handy spot. The town calls itself the centre of Britain.
You're very close to Hadrian's Wall. It's about two miles to the nearest bits. The Northumberland National Park starts about the same distance. Good walking from the doorstep.
Within half an hour you can drive to Hexham, or up to Kielder Water. The coast, like Seahouses and Bamburgh, is about an hour's drive. Alnwick Castle and Gardens are also around an hour away.
If you're coming with more people, this flat can be booked along with the two other flats in the same building. Together they sleep six.
