Lambley Farm-Ghillies is one of a few cottages here on the farm in Lambley. It's in Northumberland, out in the country. The place sits in 90 acres of its own land, so it's private. You're about 50 yards from the South Tyne river.
It sleeps three people. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well put together. It's a barn conversion, with oak floors and things like that. It's got all the stuff you'd need, like a washing machine and WiFi.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs. You can bring up to two. There's parking right outside. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
The river is known for trout and salmon. If you want to fish, you need to book and pay for it in advance. The price changes depending on the salmon season.
For things to do, it's a good spot for walking straight from the door. The Northumberland National Park isn't far. Hadrian's Wall is about a 30 minute drive. So is Hexham, which has a market and the abbey. Kielder Water and Forest is also within that sort of distance if you like cycling or stargazing.
