Kingfisher Cottage is near Lambley in Northumberland. It sleeps eight people. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The cottage is one of a few converted barns on a private 90-acre estate. It's been refurbished. It's got oak floors and modern appliances. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. It's a twin room with an en-suite wet room, which is wheelchair friendly.
Outside, there's a patio and garden with a barbecue. You can park right there.
The South Tyne River is about 50 yards from the cottage. You can book fishing for trout and salmon, but there's a fee and it depends on the season.
It's a quiet spot. The nearest big town is Haltwhistle, about four miles away. It's got shops and a couple of pubs. Hadrian's Wall is close by for walking. The Northumberland National Park and Kielder Water are within half an hour's drive.
You can bring one dog. We provide a cot and highchair. There's wifi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
