It's called the Old Brewery Coach House. It's a stone building, detached. We're just next to it in the main house. It's quiet here, just off a lane. The view from the front is over fields and the Tyne Valley, nothing in the way.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a listed building, so the walls are thick and the windows are deep. The space is all on one level, which is handy.
You can bring one dog. The garden is enclosed, so that's fine. There's a patio with a table and a BBQ.
You're about a mile from Hadrian's Wall here. You can walk to it across the fields if you know the path, otherwise it's a short drive. Hexham is 12 miles east. It's a proper market town with shops and a big abbey. Newcastle is about half an hour if you need a city.
The Northumberland National Park is on your doorstep. For the coast, like Craster or Alnwick, you're looking at about a 40 minute drive. Kielder Water is a similar distance the other way.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
